16Fold Pre-Launch Funnel · Build Review

Three sites. One funnel.
Now linked.

The funnel

Three Cloudflare Pages sites that previously sat orphaned. After this build, the talk QR-codes into the landing page, the landing page links into the proof page, the proof page closes back into the install. End-to-end loop.

Six experts weighed in

Each agent ran their phase against the brief, the existing copy, and Robert's voice files. Verdicts below.

Porter · Strategy

The room is Solution-Aware on AI, Problem-Aware on agents.

The talk has to do category-creation work first — convert "AI = chatbot" to "AI = agent." Close objective is NOT to sell $2,500 in the room. Workspace is a peer audience; direct ask cheapens trust. Goal is to book the 30-min call. $2,500 is right for the offer; wrong as the slide-8 anchor — demote price, lead with outcome.

Vee · RC Voice

Slide 1 closed with a banned poster line.

"Your business should serve your life. Not the other way around." is on the VOICE-ANTI-PATTERNS forbidden list (motivational poster closings). Replaced with: "For years I told her it wasn't possible. I was wrong." — anchored to the Rachelle dinner moment that opens the slide. Stories audited: flood + grocery + outage all hold. Confirmation #A7C-1041 dropped (read as crafted).

Eisenberg · CRO

Hero failed the 3-second test. Pricing layout killed deals.

Old hero: "Your AI trained" reads as fragment; "Hermes" used before context. Fixed. Top drop-off risks: jargon density above fold, zero buyer-facing trust signals (only agency-internal vanity counters), and pricing that read as "$2,500 + 5 add-ons = $12K total." Pilots block now ships above the comparison section. System-viz cross-link added under the architecture diagram.

Ogilvy · Copy

Hero, pilots, and the 10-word QR CTA shipped.

New H1: "An AI agent that runs your business, not the other way around." Spoken QR CTA (10 words): "Scan this. Book a call. I'll build yours next." Eyebrow swap: "Stop renting AI by the month. Start owning it." All copy passes the no-buzzwords check (no "thrilled / revolutionary / game-changing").

Hemingway · QA

Conditional pass. 27 / 35 conversion score.

6-point checklist clears on voice, format, completeness, CTA. Conditional on accuracy: 3 unverified claims need Robert's confirmation before talk day. Qualification filter added. Future pacing present (Story 1 + ROI calc). You-vs-we ratio holds (~70/30). Single primary CTA throughout funnel.

Breaker · Red Team

Six blockers below. Resolve before talk day.

One question kills the room: "Who actually owns my data and where does it live?" — talk had zero on-stage privacy clarifier. Added to slide 8. Other blockers cover unsubstantiated claims, the Proforma channel risk, and the live-demo gap that the room will absolutely test for. Details below.

What changed (specific edits)

Every edit, traceable. Sourced to the agent who flagged it.

Six blockers — two cleared, four still on Robert

After Robert's first review (2026-05-08): pilots anonymized, counters refreshed. Four still need a Robert decision or verification before talk day.

1

Anonymized — landing page is safe to ship. Robert reaches out when ready.

Pilots block now reads: "Two business owners installed this last quarter. Names available on a 30-min call." When Robert gets explicit go-ahead from each pilot, swap names back in (block structure preserved in HTML for fast re-edit).

Approach pilots when ready → text Claude the green light → 1 redeploy of ai-agent-aq7.

2

Verify the Anthropic outage log evidence.

Slide 5 status panel now reads "No requests dropped (per logs)." If you have the actual log line from command.crabtreemarketing.com (the OpenRouter fallback event), keep the slide. If you can't locate it, soften further to "every request kept moving" and remove the absolute claim.

Pull the log row. Screenshot it. Stash in case anyone asks on stage.

3

Decide the Proforma channel partner posture.

Public $2,500 flat fee leaves no margin for a channel partner like Proforma. "No subscription, ever" works against partner expectations of recurring revenue. Two paths:

Path A — Direct only. Keep the public price. Tell Proforma the install IS the relationship; if their reps want a referral fee, structure it as a one-time finder's fee. Public funnel stays as deployed.

Path B — Channel-friendly. Strip the $2,500 from the public landing page (move it behind the demo call). Build a Proforma-co-marketed SKU at a different price point. Partner gets margin; public sees outcome only.

Pick A or B by 5/12. If B, the landing page needs another deploy with pricing pulled.

4

Plan the live-build moment. The room WILL test for it.

Slide 11's Round 2 ("Live Build, 15 min") is the moment that proves the system. If you ship 13 static node names and no live output, the room walks. Recommend: pick 2 volunteers in advance, have Hermes pre-warmed on the Mac Studio Telegram bot, and run one real "draft me a Tuesday LinkedIn post about [their business]" end-to-end on screen. The exact same pipeline that produced the calendar — visible.

Confirm Mac Studio is awake + Hermes Telegram bot is responsive on talk day. Pre-stage 2-3 volunteer prompts.

5

Counters refreshed to filesystem truth — 5,616 docs / 52 skills / 14 agents.

Was 4,746 / 69 / 13 — stale by 18% on docs and out of sync on skills (curator retired ~17 since). Static fallback now matches reality; the JS will still pull live from /api/live-stats if that Worker is responding.

Optional: curl https://system-viz-c6x.pages.dev/api/live-stats from your Mac to confirm the Worker is up. If it 404s, the static numbers carry the page.

6

Origin story — paste the draft so it can be reviewed.

The brief referenced /tmp/16fold-origin-story.md but that path lives on your Mac and isn't reachable from the build sandbox. RC voice review on it is queued but unstarted.

Drop the markdown into clients/robert-crabtree-personal/talks/workspace-may-2026/16fold-origin-story.md and ping the next session.
